Put 2 cups of your corn in a blender or food processor and chop coarsely. Melt your butter in a small pan over medium heat on the stove. Add in your onions and cook until they are tender (around 5 minutes or so). Stir in your flour. Pour in your milk and stir continually while it comes to a boil and thickens. Mix together all of your ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours. When it is golden around the edges and hot and bubbly, it is done.

What size crock pot did you use? Can I use the 3 1/2 Qt Casserole crock pot? Would the time be different??

      Hi Melaney!

I used a 4-quart. It should work in your casserole crock with close to the same time. Just keep an eye on it the first time to make sure you can adjust as needed. Enjoy!
