How do I check my Easy Pay account balance? ›

Your current account balance is always displayed on the home screen of your easypay app after logging in.

With easypay your phone number that you have used to register is your account number.

You may end your account at any time by emailing the EasyPay Account Service Center or calling us at 1-877-323-7433. After all rides are posted, we'll refund the remainder of your account. If you have an activated unlimited card, it will stop working when you end your account.
